MSU-Michigan Baseball Doubleheader To Hit Radio Airwaves

EAST LANSING, Mich.- The Michigan State baseball program is hitting the airwaves in the East Lansing area. WDBM East Lansing (88.9 fm), a student-run radio station at Michigan State University, will produce live coverage of the Spartans' doubleheader against Michigan on April 19. WDBM will provide game updates throughout the first contest, and then live play-by-play coverage for the second game. In addition to a local signal, the station offers a listen-live stream on their website at www.impact89fm.org.
WDBM is a 2,000 watt, Class A, student-run radio station at Michigan State University that broadcasts to listeners in the Lansing-East Lansing metropolitan area. The station is licensed to the MSU Board of Trustees, financed by a student fee, and operates separately from the University's other media outlets.
The MSU-Michigan doubleheader is part of a four-game series between the two schools April 18-20. The April 18 and 20 contests will be played at Michigan. The doubleheader will begin at 1:05 p.m. at Kobs Field.
