SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Following Thursday's practice at Alamo Heights High School, defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi, senior defensive end Trevor Anderson, senior safety Danny Fortener and junior linebacker Greg Jones held a 20-minute press conference at the Marriott Riverwalk to preview the upcoming Valero Alamo Bowl on Jan. 2. After the press conference, the entire team boarded boats and cruised along the River Walk to the official Alamo Bowl River Rally, where hundreds of Spartan fans who made the trip to San Antonio greeted the team in the Rivercenter Lagoon. The Spartans finished the day by attending the San Antonio Spurs-Miami Heat basketball game at the AT&T Center.
