Time Change For M. Soccer Game at Connecticut

East Lansing, Mich. - Due to continued power issues in Connecticut after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Irene, the Spartans' men's soccer game on Thursday against the fifth-ranked Huskies has been moved to a 5 p.m. start time.

The teams had been scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. The high-powered storm battered the east coast last weekend, leaving the area around Marrone Stadium unable to host a night game on Thursday. MSU and UConn will move up their start time to 5 p.m. as a result.
