EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State field hockey team will feature a freshman student-athlete every week this fall in attempt to "Meet the Spartans". This week freshman Simone Vagnoni (Collegeville, Pa.) sat down with msuspartans.com to answer some questions.

Dream vacation spot: Anywhere in Italy
Favorite spot on campus: Munn Ice Arena
Why you chose MSU: I chose MSU because I love the campus and the team. It really just felt like home to me.
Favorite movie: Silver Linings Playbook
Favorite food: baked ziti
Favorite color: purple
Favorite song: Pompeii by Bastille
Favorite quote: "Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities, work hard, and there is nothing you cannot accomplish."
Who would play you in a movie: I would be Katniss in the Hunger Games because I love Jennifer Lawrence.
Pregame ritual: I usually just like to listen to music to help me get into the zone.
