Unprecedented Coverage of Big Ten Baseball, Softball Starts Tuesday

East Lansing, Mich. - With the Big Ten Conference season now underway, with it will come unprecedented coverage of Michigan State softball and baseball. Every game, both home and away, will now be carried by the Spartan Sports Network. In addition, all games played at Secchia Stadium and McLane Stadium will have a live video webstream for all contests, both midweek games as well as weekend Big Ten series.
Scott Moore returns to call all the baseball action along with Jake Boss Sr., with broadcasts beginning Tuesday vs. Central Michigan. Newcomer Matt Tjapkes will call the softball action, and former Spartan letterwinner Ali Grant will be back for her second season as an analyst. Softball coverage will begin on Friday, March 27 with the three-game series vs. Penn State.
New for the 2015 season, every home baseball and softball game will have a live video stream. Several games will be broadcast live on Big Ten Network, including MSU's home softball game vs. Minnesota (April 17) and Baseball's home contest vs. Purdue (May 1). Several games will be broadcast on BTN2Go through the platform's subscription package.
All remaining games will have a live video webstream paired with the audio call from the Spartan Sports Network in the Michigan State All-Access viewer on ="">http://www.msuspartans.com/collegesportslive. The debut of baseball on MSU All-Access comes Tuesday with a complementary stream of the Spartans' game vs. Central Michigan, with all other non-BTN platform games appearing on MSU All-Access through a subscription package.
