Field Conditions Force Schedule Change in Indiana Series

East Lansing, Mich. - Field Conditions at Indiana’s Andy Mohr Field have forced a shift in the weekend series between MSU and the Hoosiers.
The series will now begin on Saturday with a 2 pm first pitch, followed by games on both Sunday and Monday at 1 pm. All three games will air live on BTN2Go, and also have a radio broadcast on SpartanSportsNetwork.com. There will not be a game between the teams on Friday, as previously scheduled.
The Spartans have won six of their last nine games and enter the series with a 27-20 overall record, sitting in sixth place in the Big Ten standings (9-11). Hoosiers, like the Spartans, are fighting for seeding in the Big Ten Tournament. Currently, IU sits in a four-way tie (with Penn State, Northwestern, and Iowa) for eighth place with an 8-12 record, and are 22-28 overall.
