Hauser’s Double-Double Leads No. 13 Michigan State Past Notre Dame, 80-70

East Lansing, Mich. – No. 13 Michigan State broke used a 26-0 run over the last five-plus minutes of the first half and the opening five minutes of the second half and cruised to an 80-70 win over Notre Dame in a men's basketball game at the Breslin Center Saturday night.
Redshirt junior forward Joey Hauser (Stevens Point, Wis./Stevens Point) had the first double-double of his career with 10 points and a career-high 16 rebounds (adding four assists) to lead the Spartans, as two other players scored in double figures and 11 players had at least two points.
Junior forward Aaron Henry (Indianapolis, Ind./Ben Davis) finished with 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists and a career-high four blocks, while sophomore guard Rocket Watts (Detroit, Mich./SPIRE Academy) added 13 points, tied his career high with six assists and had two rebounds.
