Michigan State Travels to Play at No. 5 Iowa on Thursday Night

East Lansing, Mich. – Michigan State's men's basketball team travels to play at No. 5/8 Iowa on Thursday, Jan. 14 (9 p.m. [ET], FS1). This is the lone road game sandwiched around a pair of home games for the Spartans, who opened Big Ten play with three of their first four games on the road.
The game will air live on FS1, with Adam Amin and Nick Bahe calling all of the action. The TCF Bank Spartan Media Network radio call can be heard on one of 38 affiliates and on the web at MSUSpartans.com, with Will Tieman handling the play-by-play and Matt Steigenga serving as the color analyst. The game can also be heard on Sirius, XM and Internet 84.

- Sophomore guard Rocket Watts has scored in double figures five times this season, including back-to-back games with 20+ points against Duke and Detroit Mercy ... He is third on the team with 9.7 points per game and is second on the team with 3.4 assists.
- Junior forward Gabe Brown is averaging 7.5 points and 1.7 rebounds.
- Graduate guard Joshua Langford, who has scored in double figures the last three games and needs 55 points to reach the 1,000-point mark for his career, adds 8.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
- Sophomore forward Malik Hall, who had his first career double-double (10 points, 10 rebounds) at Duke, is averaging 5.9 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
