Spartans Move Up in National Rankings for Fifth Consecutive Week

EAST LANSING, Mich. – For the fifth week in a row, the undefeated Michigan State football team has moved up in the national rankings.
The Spartans rose two spots to No. 7 in the USA TODAY/AFCA Coaches Poll and one position to No. 9 in The Associated Press Poll.
Following Saturday's 20-15 win at Indiana, Michigan State is off to a 7-0 start for the eighth time in school history and the first time since 2015. MSU is also 4-0 in Big Ten play for the first time since 2017.
Michigan State returns to action Saturday, Oct. 30 to host Michigan in Spartan Stadium.
