MSU Women's Basketball to Host Spartans School Day Nov. 7

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State women's basketball will host Spartans School Day for the season opener against Delaware State on Monday, Nov. 7 at Noon.
The Spartans open the regular season with five-straight home games, beginning on Nov. 7 against the Hornets, before facing Purdue Fort Wayne on Nov. 10. In a tough stretch, MSU will take on Western Michigan (Nov. 13), Oakland (Nov. 15) and Florida A&M (Nov. 17).

Bus Transportation & Parking
Please coordinate school bus transportation with your district office. Parking for buses will be complimentary.

• Departure: 1:45 - 2:15pm

• Birch Road, east of the Breslin Center, outside the Gilbert Pavilion entrance.

Lunch Options
MSU Concessions will be offering three discounted options for schools to pre-purchase vouchers for their students. In-arena concessions will also be available day-of. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted.
Option A: Hot Dog, Popcorn, Water | Cost to school: $7/coupon | Total retail: $14
Option B: Hot Dog, Water | Cost to school: $4.50/coupon | Total retail: $9
Option C: Popcorn, Water | Cost to school: $4.50/coupon | Total retail: $9
Seating
Each school will have assigned seating. Seating assignments and a map of the arena will be sent to each school the week before the event.
Tickets
Each school will receive their requested number of tickets when they arrive to the game. There will be a check-in table inside the Gilbert Pavilion entrance, near the bus drop-off location.
If someone wishes to attend the event - such as a parent or a staff member that is not a chaperone - they may purchase a ticket in advance by visiting msuspartans.com/tickets or by visiting the Breslin Center Ticket Office on game day.
Bag Policy
The Jack Breslin Student Events Center has a clear bag policy for all events. No other bags (including backpacks and purses) will be permitted. Click here to view the bag policies.
Pre-game Activities
Schools are encouraged to arrive early and explore the concourse before the game. Each student will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities on the concourse. MSU departments and mid-Michigan community organizations will have interactive stations for the students to check-out before catching some Spartan basketball.
