
Hauser Scores 22, but Spartans Fall at Indiana, 82-69

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State came back from a halftime deficit to take leads in the second half, but could not sustain it as Indiana pulled away for an 82-69 win over the Spartans at Assembly Hall on Sunday afternoon.
Graduate forward Joey Hauser scored 22 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Spartans
Sophomore guard Jaden Akins finished with 15 points and two rebounds, while junior guard A.J. Hoggard added 11 points, two rebounds and two assists.

- Senior guard Tyson Walker hit a pair of baskets to give MSU a 25-16 lead with 7:43 to play, but Indiana scored 10-straight points and took a 26-25 lead on free throws from Bates.
