media credentials
All requests for media credentials must be placed with Jamie Baldwin in the MSU Athletic Communications Office. Priority for the issuance of credentials will be given to daily print/digital media outlets and radio and television stations which cover MSU hockey on a regular basis. Â
Upon acceptance of application, appropriate credentials are held for pickup at the will-call entrance at the media entrance (south/main entrance of Munn). Media will-call opens 90 minutes before puck drop. Â
Credentials are non-transferrable and must be displayed at all times. A credential is issued only to an accredited agency's employee who has a legitimate working function in connection with the event. Â
Children under 12 or of NCAA prospect age are not permitted in the MSU press facilities.Â

weekly press conference and interviews
Coach Nightingale will hold a weekly media availability throughout the season. Â Both Coach Nightingale and players will be made available in the theatre near the home locker room.Â
Additional days, times, and locations are communicated and/or arranged through Jamie Baldwin in the Athletic Communications office; the schedule is subject to change based on coaches schedules, idle weeks in the playing schedule, or university calendar. Â Interview requests for both players and coaches are most helpful if made 24 hours in advance of the interview. Player contact information will not be made available to reporters.
post-game interviews
 After home games, Coach Nightingale will host a press conference beginning approximately 10 minutes following the conclusion of the game in the theatre at ice level. Following Coach Nightingale's press conference, selected Michigan State players will be available.  Interviews with the visiting coach and players should be arranged through the visiting SID.Â
In road venues, MSU will conduct post-game interviews outside its locker room unless other arrangements have been made. Â See Jamie Baldwin to coordinate all post-game interviews, both at home and on the road.Â
video footage requests
Requests for video footage can be made through MSU's in-house video production team, Spartan Vision. Spartan Vision is responsible for online, live event and BTN StudentU productions for Michigan State Athletics. Contact Nick Baker (nbaker@ath.msu.edu). Â
parking
 Media parking passes are available for $5 per game ($80 for the season)  by contacting Jamie Baldwin.  Media pass parking is located at Jenison Field House, located at 223 Kalamazoo Street, East Lansing.

Additional parking for MSU home hockey games is in lot 79 (off Shaw Lane, at the south end of Spartan Stadium) and at IM West, adjacent to the north end of Spartan Stadium. Â Â Â

Michigan State's working press facilities are located on the south side of Munn Ice Arena in a raised area above the concourse.Â

Working press, radio and television personnel are assigned space in the working area; scouts and players are not permitted in the press box at any time as per MSU, Big Ten and NCAA rules. Credentials must be displayed at all times; abuse of working media credentials will be grounds for removal from the press box, and could result in the rejection of future credential requests.

Opponent radio stations wishing to broadcast from Munn Arena are asked to make arrangements through both the visiting team's SID and Jamie Baldwin no less than one week prior to the game. Â Space and broadcast positions are limited. Â
television
 Arrangements must be made through Athletic Communications and BTN liaison Matt McCulloch at 517-884-0034 for television broadcasts. Television stations shooting highlights will be allotted space on the TV/photo deck below the press box.
photographers
All credentialed photographers are required to check in with Jamie Baldwin prior to the game to receive position assignments and appropriate credentials must be worn while shooting.

Live stats for home games during the 2024-25 season will be available at StatBroadcast.com. Media members are encouraged to use this site as their main reference point for statistics, and live stats links for road games will be available on the main schedule page and preview.Â
Updated game notes for both teams will be available on MSUSpartans.com as part of the weekend preview, posted no later than Wednesday. Â Â

 The Spartan Media Network produces and distributes the Adam Nightingale Radio Show. The Show can be heard locally on flagship station WJIM-AM 1240.

Weekly special guests join MSU play-by-play announcer Scott Moore, analyst Rob Woodward and head coach Adam Nightingale, discussing an array of topics in and outside the world of sports.
