I’m thrilled to add Sarah and her family to the Spartan volleyball program. Sarah brings a wealth of experience. Her incredible work ethic, character and skill will make an immediate impact. Honored to bring a Michigan native back home!Head Coach Kristen Kelsay
I chose Michigan State because it’s home. Getting to play in front of and for the people that got me here is a dream come true. I believe in what Coach Kelsay wants to build here and I’m pumped to be a part of it. I can’t wait to get on campus and get to work in the Green & White!libero Sarah Vellucci
Vellucci was a four-year letterwinner at Novi High School and holds the all-time kills record at Novi with 1,189. She was the first player in Novi history to record more than 1,000 career kills and digs. A two-time All-State selection, Vellucci was named to the first team as a senior and the second team following her junior campaign. In 2022, Vellucci helped Legacy Volleyball Club capture the AAU 17 Open National Championship where she was named an All-American.
