Michigan State Men’s Tennis Announces Spring 2026 Schedule

Spartans’ ledger features top conference and national opponents.
EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan State men's tennis has unveiled its Spring 2026 schedule.
MSU is slated for a pair of tournaments, first the ITA Kickoff in late January, then the Diablos Collegiate Invitational in late February, along with five non-conference matches and 13 Big Ten Conference matches.
The 2026 spring schedule gets rolling on Jan. 14 in hosting Western Michigan, before a road match at Kentucky (Jan. 18).
MSU then heads to Columbia, South Carolina for the ITA Kickoff, opening against Harvard on Jan. 24, before facing either Clemson or host South Carolina in the second match on Jan. 25.
The Spartans return home for the second of three scheduled matches against an SEC opponent, taking on Tennessee on Feb. 6, before another SEC foe the following weekend at Vanderbilt (Feb. 15).
Michigan State then heads to Arizona for the Diablos Collegiate Invitational at Tempe, Arizona, Feb. 27-28. The Spartans will remain in The Grand Canyon State to face Arizona (March 3).
MSU opens Big Ten action in East Lansing, welcoming Nebraska (March 6) and Wisconsin (March 8).
In the first of back-to-back B1G road weekends, Michigan State plays at Penn State (March 13) and at Ohio State (March 15), then in the second leg plays at Northwestern (March 20) and at Illinois (March 22).
The Spartans host USC (March 27) and UCLA (March 29) to close out the March portion of the ledger, before kicking off the April section at Washington (April 3) and Oregon (April 5).
Michigan State tangles with Michigan on April 11 on the road, before returning home to host Indiana (April 17) and Purdue (April 19) in the both the final home and regular-season action.
The 2026 Big Ten Championships are April 22-25 in Ojai, California, before the NCAA First and Second Rounds, May 1-3, and the NCAA Super Regional on May 9-10 hosted at campus sites, in qualification for the NCAA Team Championships (May 14-17), in Athens, Georgia.
