Women’s Tennis to Welcome Nebraska to Close Out Big Ten Weekend Action

MSU faces Nebraska to close out their B1G opening weekend.
EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State continues their Big Ten home-opener weekend with a match against Nebraska on Sunday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at the MSU Indoor Tennis Center.

The match comes just two days after the Spartans' first B1G victory and upset over No. 39 ranked Iowa Hawkeyes.
Nebraska spent their weekend in Michigan after facing No. 35-ranked Michigan in Ann Arbor. The Cornhuskers ultimately fell in a 4-0 deficit before making their way to East Lansing.
Out of twelve total meetings since the Huskers joined the Big Ten in 2012, the Spartans hold a 7-5 record over Nebraska.
The Spartans have not triumphed over Nebraska at home since the 2018-19 season, and look for a victory over the Cornhuskers on Sunday.
