2005-06 (Redshirt): Was named the team[apos]s most outstanding freshman...Redshirted, going 23-3 in open competitions with three tournament championships and three more tournament finals appearances...His only losses were twice to All-American teammate Nick Simmons, and once to NCAA Qualifier Mark McKnight of Penn State...Was runner-up at the MSU Open, Nittany Lion Open and EMU Open, while taking championships at the Cleveland State Open, Edinboro Open and Kent State Open...Registered 11 major decisions.
