2020-21 (Senior): Voted winner of the team’s Outstanding Senior and Spartan Shield awards … Recorded nine points (5g, 4a) in 25 games … Academic All-Big Ten … Ranked fourth in the Big Ten in faceoff winning percentage at .575 (287-212) … Had 30 blocked shots, which was third most among Big Ten forwards … Named the Big Ten Third Star of the Week on Dec. 23 after scoring in both games in a tie and win, respectively, at No. 16 Notre Dame, Dec. 19-20 … Scored the lone goal in a 1-1 tie vs. Notre Dame, then scored the tying goal with 22 seconds to play in a 4-3 win over the Irish the following night … Had the game-winning goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Ohio State on Jan. 24 … Had two goals over a three-game span from Feb. 14-19.
2019-20 (Junior): Voted the team’s Most Improved Player as he recorded career highs in goals (7), assists (5) and points (12) … Academic All-Big Ten … His 12 points were more than his first two seasons combined … Ranked second in the Big Ten in faceoff winning percentage at .587, while leading the league in total wins with 389 – 46 more than any other player … Had the first two-goal game of his career in the season-opening win at Northern Michigan (10/11), which included getting his first career game-winning goal ... Had an assist in a win at Colorado College (10/26) ... Scored the third goal in 3-0 win over Michigan (11/16) ... 2017-18 (Freshman): Ranked second in the Big Ten in faceoff winning percentage at .582 (272-195) ... Had four points (2g, 2a) in 30 games ... Scored his first career goal in the opening period of the Spartans' first victory of the year, a 3-2 win over Bowling Green (10/14) ... Prior to MSU: Played his second USHL season with the Youngstown Phantoms in 2016-17, recording 20 points (4g, 16a) in 58 regular-season games, while adding a goal in five playoff contests ... Made his USHL debut with the Fargo Force in 2015-16 and played 14 games with the club before being dealt to Youngstown where he had 15 points (4g, 11a) in 38 games ... Put up 39 points (13g, 26a) in 57 regular-season games with the Wichita Falls Wildcats of the NAHL in 2014-15 and then added three goals and three assists in six playoff games ... Played three seasons (2011-14) for University of Detroit Jesuit High School earning All-State honors each year ... His best year came in 2013-14 where he had 63 points (14g, 49a) in 29 games.
