Registered a .267 batting average, adding .333 slugging percentage and .353 on-base percentage, knocking a double and collecting two RBI, adding two walks and a sac bunt ... Laid down a text book bunt with bases loaded for the suicide squeeze vs. Kansas (Feb. 28), adding another RBI ... Knocked lone double of season as part of 2-for-4 outing in Samford game (March 8) ... Posted perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 55 putouts and four assists, throwing out two stolen base attempts.
2019 (REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN): Earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition ... Played in 15 games, drawing four starts ... Posted 20 at bats, posting three hits including one double and tallied two RBI and two walks ... Made Spartan debut Feb. 22 at Coastal Carolina, coming on as a pinch hitter and staying on at catcher ... Drew first start at catcher on March 16 vs. UConn in game two of doubleheader at Greenville ... Notched first hit on March 16 vs. UConn ... Recorded first RBI on March 3 at Arizona State, reaching on a fielding error to drive in a run, and added another ribbie vs. UConn (March 16) ...
