Walk-on transfer from Robert Morris joined the team in the fall of 2017 . . . spent two seasons with the Spartans (2017-18).
2018 SEASON (MSU): Played in one game on special teams (at Maryland) . . . named Spartan Scout Team Special Teams Player of the Week vs. Penn State.
2017 SEASON (MSU): Sat out the entire season after transferring from Robert Morris . . . named Scout Team Special Teams Player of the Week vs. Michigan . . . named Scout Team Offensive Player of the Week vs. Maryland.
2016 SEASON (JUNIOR AT ROBERT MORRIS): Played in six games, including two starts.
2015 SEASON (SOPHOMORE AT ROBERT MORRIS): Played in each of the final 10 games of the year, including eight starting assignments . . . caught two passes for 9 yards while primarily serving as a blocker . . . made his first career reception at Central Connecticut (10/31) . . . also caught a pass in win over East Tennessee State (11/7).

HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION: Was a three-year starter at Oxford High School . . . earned all-county and all-league honors in his senior season . . . carried the ball 120 times for 693 yards and scored nine rushing touchdowns and one receiving TD during the 2013 campaign . . . was also an all-state wrestler and ranked as high as fourth in the state of Michigan . . . his oldest brother, Zach, has played the last five seasons in the NFL (Vikings from 2013-16; Saints in 2017) as a fullback and played in college at SMU . . . his other older brother, Prescott, was a graduate transfer from SMU and earned one letter for the Spartans in 2016 while playing fullback . . . interdisciplinary studies in social science major.
