Blaze Watson is in third year on the Michigan State football staff, his first as the creative director. After spending two seasons (2019-20) as a creative video intern, Watson was promoted to a full-time position in January 2021 and was named the program's creative director in March.

Watson graduated with a bachelor’s in fine arts in graphic design from Western Michigan in 2019. During his time earning his undergraduate degree, Watson worked from 2016-19 as a graphic designer in the WMU office of media relations. The native of Coldwater, Michigan, was also a graphic designer and recruiting assistant for the Bronco football program from 2017-19.
