Jake Reiling is in his fourth year at Michigan State as an offensive assistant. Reiling primarily works with the quarterbacks under offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Jay Johnson.
Reiling came to MSU in 2020 after spending the 2019 season at Colorado under head coach Mel Tucker and offensive coordinator Jay Johnson, working with the tight ends.
A native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Reiling was a four-year student assistant coach at Missouri from 2015-18. He helped the offensive line from 2015-17 and coached the tight ends in 2018, working with Mackey Award finalist Albert Okwuegbunam, who was a fourth-round NFL Draft pick of the Denver Broncos in 2020. During Reiling’s time at Mizzou, the Tigers led the SEC in scoring in 2017 and ranked third in 2018.
Reiling graduated from Missouri in 2019 with a degree in parks, recreation and sport with an emphasis in sports management with a business minor.
