Lauren McCree is in her second season as an on-campus recruiting coordinator for the Spartans.
Before joining Coach Mel Tucker’s staff in 2020, McCree served as a marketing intern for the Detroit Tigers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management from the School of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan in 2017. While getting her undergraduate degree, McCree was a recruiting intern for the football program.
Following graduation, she served as a recruiting assistant at Virginia under Bronco Mendenhall.
Investing in her professional development, McCree is an active member of Women Leaders in College Sports and attends the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Convention. She is currently working toward completing her MBA in 2021 with a concentration in Sport and Entertainment Management.
