Lisa Ben-Chaim is in her second year as the director on-campus recruiting for the Michigan State football program.

Ben-Chaim coordinates all recruiting special events, including all official and unofficial visits. She also assists in the management of game day operations and is responsible for football and basketball gameday tickets for all recruits and their guests. In addition, Ben-Chaim works alongside Director of Player Personnel Saeed Khalif on the structure and direction of recruiting related projects.

Ben-Chaim spent the 2019 season as a management intern at Arizona State. In her role, she assisted in recruiting new student-athletes to campus and served as a resource to the Sun Devil football coaching and recruiting staffs. In addition to assisting in the program’s planning and operation of all official and unofficial visits – including all game day recruiting events – Ben-Chaim also served in the administration of junior days, annual spring game and 7v7/individual camps.

A graduate of UCF with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing, Ben-Chaim served as a student ambassador for UCF football for three years. She also had an internship in the CSUN Athletics marketing department.
