Madi Harris was hired as Michigan State’s Director of Recruiting Operations in May 2024. Harris helps coordinate and manage the recruiting priorities for the Spartans.
She previously served one year as the Director of Recruiting Operations at James Madison and also spent one year in that same role at UConn during the 2022 season.
Prior to UConn, Harris spent 2021 on the Virginia Tech football staff as the assistant director of on-campus recruiting. She also spent the 2019 and 2020 seasons as a recruiting assistant with the Hokies.
Harris graduated from Virginia Tech in 2021 with a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing management from the Pamplin College of Business.
