A four-year letterwinner (2010-14) as a defensive back for the Beavers, Doctor began working at his alma mater as a recruiting assistant following his playing career. He was appointed the Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2019 and promoted to the Director of Recruiting in January 2021. He has helped implement and direct the recruiting strategies of the Beavers, who have earned three straight trips to a bowl game for the first time since 2006-09.
Doctor started 38 games during his collegiate career, collecting 238 tackles and 22.5 tackles for loss, totals that both rank just outside the top 10 in program history. As a redshirt senior in 2014, Doctor was named to the Lott IMPACT Trophy Watch List, which is given annually to college football's best defensive player in performance and character.
Doctor graduated from Oregon State with a degree in human development and family science and a minor in sociology in 2014.
