2019-20 (RS-Senior): Second Team All-Big Ten … Big Ten Distinguished Scholar … Academic All-Big Ten ... One of four Spartans to earn Krampade All-American Scholar honors by the American Hockey Coaches Association for having posted a minimum 3.75 GPA in the fall semester and appearing in at least 40% of the Spartans' games … Voted the winner of the team’s Dr. John Downs Outstanding Defensive Player Award for the second straight year and also captured the Blue Line Club President’s Award as the senor with the highest GPA (3.69) Led the nation in blocked shots with 86 … Had the best offensive season of his career with 17 points, including a career high 13 assists … Had three points (1g, 2a) in a series split at Colorado College (10/25-26), including two points in the 5-1 win ... Scored his first goal of the season at ASU (11/9) ... Tallied an assist in the Spartans’ 4-3 victory over Michigan (11/30) … Had his first two-point game of the season at Wisconsin (12/7) with a goal and assist … Picked up an assist in a 7-7 tie vs. No. 7 Ohio State (1/4) ... Had an empty-net goal vs. Minnesota (1/19) and then got an assist the following night (1/20) in a sweep of the Gophers ... Tallied an assist in the Spartans’ 4-1 win over Wisconsin (2/1) ... 2017-18 (RS-Sophomore): Tied a career high with 11 points ... His 10 assists tied for second among Spartan defensemen ... Dressed in all 36 games ... Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree ... Tied a career high with three points with two assists and the game-winning goal with 11:10 to go in the third period in a 4-3 win at No. 5 Notre Dame (2/24) ... Recorded an assist in three straight games from Jan. 6-13 ... Tied a career high with two assists in a 5-0 win over Michigan (12/8) ... Had an assist for his first point of the season in a win over LSSU (10/28).

2016-17 (RS-Freshman): Recorded 11 points (3g, 8a) in 33 games ... Led the team with 41 blocked shots ... Academic All-Big Ten ... Named the Big Ten First Star of the Week on Nov. 29 after scoring two goals and adding an assist on the game-winning goal in MSU's 4-3 victory over No. 5 North Dakota on Nov. 25 ... Picked up assists in back-to-back games in a split at No. 13 Ohio State, March 3-4 ... Also had an assist in both games vs. Ohio State at Munn Ice Arena, Feb. 17-18 ... Had two assists Feb. 4 vs. Wisconsin ... Drew an assist on JT Stenglein's goal vs. No. 11 Minnesota, Dec. 10 ... Made his collegiate debut in the season-opener at LSSU on Oct. 14 and scored his first-career goal the next night vs. LSSU.

2015-16 (Freshman): Missed the entire season with an injury.

Prior to MSU: Spent the 2014-15 season with the USHL's Sioux City Musketeers where he had four points and was plus-11 in 12 games ... Missed a majority of the 2014-15 season with an injury ... In his first season with the Musketeers in 2013-14, he posted eight points (2g, 6a) and was plus-12 in 34 games ... Started the 2013-14 campaign playing 11 games for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders ... Played for the Ohio Blue Jackets U18 team in 2012-13, posting 13 points (2g, 11a) in 40 games ... Played for the USA in the 2013 Ivan Hlinka Tournament.

Biggest hockey influence is his first coach, Bob Krosky because he taught the fundamentals and love for the game ...
