2019-20 (RS-Senior): Second Team All-Big Ten … Big Ten Distinguished Scholar … Academic All-Big Ten ... One of four Spartans to earn Krampade All-American Scholar honors by the American Hockey Coaches Association for having posted a minimum 3.75 GPA in the fall semester and appearing in at least 40% of the Spartans' games … Voted the winner of the team’s Dr. John Downs Outstanding Defensive Player Award for the second straight year and also captured the Blue Line Club President’s Award as the senor with the highest GPA (3.69) Led the nation in blocked shots with 86 … Had the best offensive season of his career with 17 points, including a career high 13 assists … Had three points (1g, 2a) in a series split at Colorado College (10/25-26), including two points in the 5-1 win ... In his first season with the Musketeers in 2013-14, he posted eight points (2g, 6a) and was plus-12 in 34 games ... Started the 2013-14 campaign playing 11 games for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders ... Biggest hockey influence is his first coach, Bob Krosky because he taught the fundamentals and love for the game ...
