2013-14: Finished second in the 200 backstroke at the dual meet versus Notre Dame for a season-best time of 1:53.83 ... At the Big Ten Swim & Dive Championships he was recognized as MSU[apos]s winner of the Big Ten Sportsmanship award; he placed 48th with a time of 51.81 in the 100 butterfly, placed 42nd in the 100 backstroke with a time of 51.85, placed 28th in the 200 backstroke with a career-best time of 1:48.55 on the final day ... third-best 200 backstroke time on the team this season with a career-best 1:49.48 from the 2013 TYR Invitational ... 2013-14 Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2012-13: Posted the seventh-best time on the team in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:00.59 at the Iowa meet ...
