INDOOR: Took home four PRs at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, scoring 6,000 in the heptathlon for seventh, running a 7.09 in the 60m placing 14th, jumping a 7.29m in the long jump and taking home eleventh, and running a 2:43.31 in the 1000m placing sixth … Won the Big Ten Indoors Heptathlon title behind three first place finishes, including a 2.15m personal record in the high jump … Posted a PR in the pole vault at the GVSU Holiday Open, placing third with a 4.80m throw … Placed first in the 60H at the Michigan Invitational with a time of 8.24 … Placed first in the shot put and high jump at the 2023 PNC Lenny Lyse Invitational Indoor, throwing a 15.50m and jumping a 2.13m … Posted a PR in the 60H at the Windy City Invite II, running a 8.00 and placing fourth.
OUTDOOR: Claimed fifth at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with 7,919 points in the decathlon, topping the javelin throw and claiming third in the shotput with a personal best 15.83 meter throw … Took home two more PRs at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, placing tenth in the 110H with a time of 14.00 and throwing 69.11m in the javelin throw placing 5th … Notched four outdoor PRs at the 63rd Annual Mt.
