INDOOR: Placed first in the 3000m at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational with a PR of 9:20.65 … Won the 5000m race at the B1G Indoor Invitational, running a personal best of 15:42.73 … Claimed the 5000m title at the Big Ten Championships, posting a winning time of 15:51.46 and earning First Team All-B1G … Named First Team All-American after placing seventh in the 5000m at the NCAA Indoor Championships, running a 15:53.73 time.

2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Clocked in at 16:26.10 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 29-30) ... Finished 11th in the 1500m with a time of 4:29.62 at the Louisville Invitational (April 12-13) ... Posted a career-best time of 16:22.90 in the 5000m for an 11th place finish at the Virginia Challenge (April 19-20) ... Clocked in at 16:28.44 in the 5000m for a 15th place finish at the Big Ten Championships (May 10-12).
INDOOR: Ran a 4:58.39 mile at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 1-2) ... Finished fifth in the 3000m, clocking in at 9:40.73 for a career-best time at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 8) ... Finished 13th in the 3000m with a time of 9:48.49 at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 22-23).
2017-18:
OUTDOOR: Running unattached, finished second in the 1500m with a time of 4:40.68 and placed sixth in the 800m with a time of 2:24.31 at the Spartan Invitational (April 6-7) ... Finished third in the 5,000m run with a time of 16:44.37, running unattached at the "GINA" Relays (April 26-28).
