In the second novice eight boat, won the first race (7:15.25) over Ohio State, Indiana, and Wisconsin ... Finished third to Michigan and Iowa (7:27.03) and ahead of Indiana, and was second to Iowa and ahead of Wisconsin and Minnesota (7:13.81) at the Big Ten Invitational (4/19-20) ... At Indiana for the Dale England Cup (4/27), finished second to host Indiana in the second novice eight (7:48.2) ...
