2016: Academic All-Big Ten selection ... In the second varsity eight at the Oak Ridge Invitational (3/12-13), posted a third-place finish in its first race (6:41.80), about three seats behind second-place Kansas. The margin for MSU in the afternoon session remained at about three seats behind Kansas in a time of 6:32.64, but both crews were open water behind Virginia and Notre Dame. Finished second behind B1G foe Minnesota in the final race at Oak Ridge (6:59.707) ... Finished third behind No. 3 Virginia and No. 7 Michigan, (6:37.7), in the 2V8 at the morning session of the Big Ten/ACC Double Dual in Columbus (4/2) in a time of 7:10.9, and also fell to Clemson in the afternoon session (7:20.5) by 15 seconds ...
2015 Academic All-Big Ten Honoree ... Started the season in the two seat of the second varsity eight, and came away with a mixed bag of results at the season-opening Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational (3/14-15), finishing in contact with both second-place Oklahoma (6:10.545) and third-place UCF (6:10.791) in the opening race, clocked at 6:13.259 ... Was third behind eventual top-10 national finishers Virginia and Yale in the second race, but won the third race in a time of 6:10.139, open water ahead of Tennessee, Kansas, and Alabama ... Lost a pair of head-to-head battles with second varsity eights from Louisville and Notre Dame in a double dual held at Ohio State (3/28) ... Missed the remainder of the season.
2014: Novice eight won by a full length over Wisconsin and by open water over Minnesota at Michigan (4/12)... Defeated the Brown novice eight by open water (3/29)...
