2023-24 (Redshirt Freshman) 25-15 Overall, 17-9 Open Tournaments, 8-6 Duals: Academic All-Big Ten honoree … His 25 wins ranked third in the country … Ranked third on the team with seven falls … His 40 dual points ranked fourth on the team … Began the season going 5-1 to place fifth at the Clarion Open, recorded his first career tech. fall over Buffalo’s Robert Unruh, 19-4, followed up with another tech. fall performance over Gardner-Webb’s Peyton Mccomas. In the fifth-place bout, Terrill pulled out a 6-3 sudden victory over Columbia’s Nolan Neves … Placed in his second tournament of the season with a third-place outing at the MSU Open where he went 5-1. Recorded a trio of decision victories on top of a pair of major decision victories over Michigan’s Ira Jenkins, 17-3, and Wisconsin’s Gannon Rosenfeld … Made his first collegiate start in the dual against Franklin & Marshall dominating Harrison Shapiro, 21-4 … Would win his next five dual with a pair of decisions, one fall and tech. fall, and one injury stoppage … Went 5-2 at the Midlands Championships to place seventh, rolled through Pennsylvania’s John Stout with a pin 28 seconds into the match. 2022-23 (Redshirt) 14-5 Overall, 14-5 Open Tournaments: Opened the season with a 2-2 overall record at the MSU Open, earned his first collegiate victory in quick fashion, pinning Grand Valley State’s Brett Boudreau in 54 seconds … Placed fifth at the Reno Tournament of Champions with a 5-1 record where he recorded a fall over Little Rock’s Keith Miley, a pair of major decisions over Utah Valley’s Nico Rodriguez, 11-1, and Marian’s Excell Brooks, 10-2 … Went 3-1 at the Purple Raider Open, winning all three matches by four or more points … Finished the season going 4-1 at the Edinboro Open with three decision victories and one major decision victory over fellow teammate James Campbell.
