It was a disappointing end to the season, especially without reaching any of the goals we set. I thought it was a good year overall. It was tough to send the seniors out without anything, but they've accomplished a lot here. From a personal standpoint, I learned a lot more about my game and how to play hockey.
In Friday's game, I think Colorado College getting (the first) goal off the tip was pretty big. They gained a lot of confidence in the first period getting some shots and we came out a little slow. It was only a one-goal game. We could have come back. We hit a crossbar, we hit a post and it was kind of devastating when you need a goal really bad and it doesn't happen.
As far as what my plans are, I am planning on being a Spartan. I haven't talked to the Buffalo Sabres. It really comes down being a Spartan as long as that's the best thing for me. I can't make any speculation on Buffalo's thoughts or their opinion on what they think is best for me.
I studied the rest of the weekend. This is a big week with four exams in two days. I took one and I think I did all right. I had one last night in personal selling - a marketing class. It's not the most demanding subject but there is a lot of stuff to know. I had two more tests today. They were the more demanding ones - economics and finance.
