Hockey to Sign Autographs at Meridian Mall on Sunday

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The 2008-09 Michigan State ice hockey team will take a break from their practices and studies to sign autographs for fans at the Meridian Mall in Okemos, Mich. on Sunday, Dec. 14 from 2-3 p.m. The signing will take place in the Younkers Men's wing of the mall. The entire team along with the coaching staff, will be on hand to greet fans, hand out posters and take pictures.
Along with autographs from their favorite Spartan, the first 500 fans in line will receive free admission to the Spartan's home game against Alaska-Fairbanks, scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 3 at 7 p.m. Fans will also be able to receive several other MSU hockey giveaways, including free schedule posters.
The hockey team will host its final game before the holiday break next Tuesday when they take on the USA National Developmental Team at 7 p.m. at Munn Ice Arena.
