Aitch and Jefferson Particpate in Spring Commencement Ceremony

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State women's basketball student-athletes Lauren Aitch and Aisha Jefferson participated in the University's Spring Commencement on Friday afternoon at the Breslin Center. Aitch (advertising) and Jefferson (communication) both graduated in four years and will return next year for their last season of eligibility, having both missed a season due to injury.

"They are amazing young ladies, first and foremost," said MSU head coach Suzy Merchant. "It says a lot about their character, what kind of people they are. As talented as they are on the court, it just shows their dedications off the court. They just have been nothing but a blessing in a short time I have been here."

This year's lone senior Mia Johnson graduated last spring with a degree in communication.
