EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's basketball program, in conjunction with the Big Ten Conference, announced the remaining game times and television arrangements for the 2009-10 season. This season, the Spartans will be on national television for at least 12 games, with one on CBS, two on ESPN2 and nine on Big Ten Network. In addition, nine games will be streamed live on BigTenNetwork.com.
For Michigan State, in addition to the already announced conference television games, three non-conference contests will air on Big Ten Network - the home opener against Notre Dame (Nov. 19, 6 p.m.), the Big Ten/ACC Challenge matchup with North Carolina (Dec. 3, 8:30 p.m.) and non-conference finale vs. St. Bonaventure (Dec. 21, 6 p.m.).
With the addition of the BigTenNetwork.com streaming coverage, which will be in HD-quality this season, nearly 90-percent of the home games for Big Ten schools in 2009-10 will be broadcast. In total, 55 games will air on Big Ten Network, six on ESPN2, one on CBS, and approximately 100 streamed games on BigTenNetwork.com.
