Â
In addition to Ebonee Echols, MacKenzie Meech had a pair of base hits (one double, her seventh of the season) Melanie Baccay had a base hit and three RBI. Alli Walker got the win in the circle after a three-inning outing where she struck out two, and Jordan Watson pitched two impressive innings of one-hit relief.Â

Â
QUOTABLE
"Our approach today was great – it was an important win and our team was prepared and ready to go. We executed at the plate, which included being patient and taking what they gave us. It resulted in seven walks, but we were swinging the bats well, too – and that's really when we had our big inning, when we put together base hits. It was a great way to wrap up the week."
