Michigan State Closes Out Three-Game Road Trip on Tuesday at Iowa

East Lansing, Mich. – The Michigan State men's basketball team closes out a three-game road trip on Tuesday, Feb. 2, visiting No. 8 Iowa at Carver-Hawkeye Arena (7 p.m.).
The Spartans are coming off a 79-62 loss at No. 13 Ohio State on Sunday and have lost their last three games, including a pair of contests following a 20-day stoppage due to COVID-19 issues on the team. Following Tuesday's game, MSU returns home for three-straight games, starting Feb. 6 against Nebraska. Including makeup games, MSU will play seven of its final 11 at home.
The game will air live on FS1, with Kevin Kugler and Nick Bahe calling all of the action. The TCF Bank Spartan Media Network radio call can be heard on one of 38 affiliates and on the web at MSUSpartans.com, with Will Tieman handling the play-by-play and Kevin Pauga serving as the color analyst.

- Sophomore guard Rocket Watts has scored in double figures five times this season, including back-to-back games with 20+ points against Duke and Detroit Mercy ... He is third on the team with 9.0 points per game and is second on the team with 3.2 assists.
- Junior forward Gabe Brown, who has missed the last two games after testing positive for COVID-19, is averaging 7.5 points and 1.7 rebounds.
- Graduate guard Joshua Langford, who has scored in double figures in four of the last five games and needs 38 points to reach the 1,000-point mark for his career, adds 8.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
