Michigan State Basketball Teams to Host Open Practice

East Lansing, Mich. – The Michigan State men's and women's basketball teams will hold an Open Practice at the Breslin Center on Saturday, October 2 ahead of the Spartans' Homecoming football game against Western Kentucky at 7:30 p.m.

Doors to the Breslin Center will open at 2 p.m. Admission is free.

Head Coach Suzy Merchant and the women's basketball will take the floor at 2:15 and will hold an open practice for an hour.

Head Coach Tom Izzo and the men's basketball team will appear on the Breslin Center court afterward, beginning at approximately 3:15 p.m.

Tailgate lots for the MSU football game will open at 1 p.m.. Fans without a parking pass for football may park in public access pay lots, including Cherry Lane Field (SE corner of Harrison Road and Shaw Lane).
