Gymnastics Announces 2024 Signing Class

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State gymnastics head coach Mike Rowe has announced the signing of two incoming student-athletes to the Spartans' 2025 season roster.
Amy Doyle and Cady Duplissis are set to join the Spartans on campus in fall 2024.

Amy Doyle | Centerton, Ark. | Bentonville | Aspire Gymnastics Academy
Rowe on Doyle: "Amy Doyle is a seventh year, five-Star recruit from Aspire Gymnastics Academy in Bentonville, Arkansas. Amy's technique and competitive consistency will definitely add depth in the all-around, with a 10.0 start value on vault, full-in on floor and dynamics with artistry on both bars and beam. Amy will definitely have an impact on increasing our skill level while we continue to raise the bar with all of our Spartan student-athletes!"
Prior to MSU: Trains at Aspire Gymnastics Academy in Bentonville, Arkansas, under coaches Zsolt (Kenobi) Bense and Jordan Ellstrand … Named a five-star recruit by College Gym News … Six-year level 10 gymnast … Three-time Women's Development Program National Championships qualifier (2021-23) … Won the bars and beam titles and earned runner-up honors in the all-around at the 2023 Region 3 Championships … Swept the event and all-around titles at the in back-to-back years at the Arkansas Level 10 State Championships (2022-23) … Finished second on vault, beam and in the all-around at the 2022 Region 3 Championships … Finished fifth on floor and 13th in the all-around at the 2021 DP National Championships … Won the floor title while finishing second on bars and third in the all-around at the 2021 Region 3 Championships … Won the vault, beam, floor and all-around titles and finished second on bars at the 2021 Arkansas Level 10 State Championships … 2018 Level 9 Western Championships vault, beam and all-around champion … 2018 Elite Compulsory Qualifier participant … Placed second on bars in the 2018 Buckeye Classic Elite Optional … Holds high scores of 38.975 (all-around), 9.925 (vault), 9.925 (bars), 9.700 (beam) and 9.775 (floor) … Earned the Academic Achiever GPA Award at Bentonville High School.

Rowe on Duplissis: "Cady Duplissis is a fifth year, three-star level 10 from Champion Gymnastics in Holland, Michigan. Cady's strengths lie in her explosive leg events, especially her 10.00 start value on vault and piked full-in on floor, but she will also be challenging for spots in the beam and bars lineups. We are so excited to watch Cady's Collegiate career take off as a Spartan!"
