Sage Kellerman Named Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week

EAST LANSING, Mich. - For the third time this season, Michigan State gymnastics junior Sage Kellerman was named Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.Â
Tuesday marks the sixth career Event Specialist of the Week award for Kellerman, who is now tied with Michigan's Carly Baumann for the most this season. Three MSU gymnasts have combined for seven conference weekly honors in 2025.Â
The Croswell, Michigan native competed on vault and bars in MSU's win at the Big Four Meet over the weekend, winning both events. She scored a 9.925 on vault to win the title outright and collect her third vault title of the season before adding a 9.925 on bars to win her sixth overall bars title in 2025, all coming in MSU's last seven meets.Â
Kellerman is ranked seventh in the country on vault this season and fourth on bars.Â
MSU travels to Huntsville, Alabama for Elevate the Stage against No. 6 California, No. 14 Alabama and No. 24 North Carolina on Sunday, March 9 at 5 p.m. ET on ACC Network.Â
