Senior infielder smacks two HR as MSU becomes first visiting B1G team to win series at Washington in UW’s two years in league.
Just like Friday night in the 6-4 Victory for MSU in Michigan State's first-ever game played in the state of Washington, the Spartans jumped out to an early lead. However, different from Friday, MSU added to its lead and won going away, knocking 15 hits on Saturday boosted by two home runs by senior infielder Randy Seymour in his first two at bats of the game.
The Spartans erupted onto the scoreboard with a two-run home run by Seymour in the top of the first frame for an early 2-0.
