Associated Press, The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press as a senior . . . also named Academic All-State honorable mention . . . selected first-team all-area by The Flint Journal as a defensive back in 2009 . . . three-time All-Flint Metro League selection for Coach Jeff Setzke at Fenton (Mich.)
