Marshall Repp is in his fourth year as an associate strength and conditioning coach at Michigan State and works primarily with the men’s basketball team.
Repp came to East Lansing in 2016 as an intern and was named an assistant coach in September 2017, working with men’s basketball, women’s basketball and volleyball. He has been the primary strength coach with the men’s basketball team over the last three years, including the 2019 Final Four and Big Ten Tournament Championship team and three-straight Big Ten regular season titles.
Prior to his arrival at MSU, Repp was an intern at Eastern Michigan and served as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Select Volleyball Club from 2013-16.
He earned his bachelor of science in kinesiology with a minor in coaching and athletic training at the University of Northwestern – Minnesota. Repp played four years at defensive back on the football team and was a team captain in 2013.
Repp is certified by both the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.
He and his wife, Morgan, were married in May 2020.
