Bio
Junior: Took the 100 breast (1:07.60) and the 200 breast (2:25.82), capturing two first place finishes against Ball State... finished second against Kentucky in the 200 breast (2:27.16).
Sophomore: Had season-best times in the 100 breast (1:05.7) and 200 IM (2:13.49) at the Big Ten Championships... finished second in 200 breast against Ball State (2:24.14) and Iowa (2:25.00)... took third in the 100 breast (1:08.37) and fifth in the 200 IM against Purdue (2:15.79)... Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
Freshman: Took first in the 200 breast against Oakland (2:25.30).
Prep: Four-year letterwinner... captain of swimming team her senior year... finished second in the state in the 100 breast as a junior and senior... member of the Solon Stars Swim Club (1996-2000) and the Canton City Schools Swim Team (2000)... swam breaststroke on a national-qualifying relay squad in 2001... member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born Feb. 27, 1984... daughter of Dave and Lynn Templeton... enrolled in honors college... a physiology major.
