Junior: Recipent of John Munley Memorial Schlorship... member of the school record 200 free relay (1:20.71), 400 free relay (2:58.09) and 200 medley relay teams... 200 medley team also broke Rolfs Aquatic Center record at Notre Dame (1:31.56)... took first against Iowa (21.26), Purdue (21.41) and Oakland (21.16) in the 50 free... set a new career-best in the 200 free at the Georgia Invitational (1:41.93)... finished 14th at the Big Ten Championships in the 50 free (20.34)... set new career-bests at the Big Ten Championships in the 50 free (20.34) and the 100 free (45.18).
Sophomore: Member of school record-breaking 200 medley relay team (1:29.22) and 400 medley relay team (3:17.05)... swam personal-best times at Big Ten Championships in the 50 free (20.68) and 100 free (45.8)... Most Improved Award winner... Academic All-Big Ten... honorable mention CSCAA Academic All-American.
Freshman: Finished eighth in the Big Ten Championships in the 400 free relay with Patrick Saucedo, Nick DeFauw, and Joe Brennan (3:02.27)... swam personal bests at Big Ten Championships in the 200 free (1:42.0), 100 free (46.4) and 50 free (21.13)
