All-Big Ten Team … Big Ten Sportsmanship Award … Academic All-Big Ten ... ITA Scholar-Athlete
Spring 2021: Was 7-10 in singles play, going 5-10 in the top spot and 2-0 when No. 2 in the lineup … Victorious in four of her final five completed matches … Racked up an 8-6 record in doubles action, playing next to Maja Pietrowicz all but twice … Paired once each with Lauren Lemonds and Dagmar Zdrubecka … Went 8-4 with Pietrowicz, including a 7-3 mark as the No. 1 Spartan pairing … Partnered with Pietrowicz for a five-match win streak before losing to No. 13 Ohio State in the Big Ten quarterfinals … An All-Big Ten Selection, becoming the first Spartan to earn back-to-back All-Big Ten accolades since Monty Gettys in 1982 and 1983 … Michigan State's Big Ten Sportsmanship Honoree.

Spring 2020: Competed consistently at No. 1 singles, where she held a 6-5 record … Also was in the doubles lineup primarily at the No. 2 position … Had an overall doubles record of 4-7.
Fall 2019: Had a record of 10-1 in singles, going 3-1 against conference opponents … Lewis qualified for the main draw of the ITA Midwest Regional Championships and was the last Spartan standing in the tournament in the round of 16 … Completed a thrilling three-set upset of the No. 2-seed in the bracket and No. 26 nationally ranked Chaira Lommer of Michigan … Was ranked No. 110 at the end of the fall.

Finished with a 3-2 singles record and 4-2 doubles record.
Spring 2019: Did not compete.
Fall 2018: Singles – Went 3-2 overall in singles play… Qualified for the main draw of the ITA Midwest Regional Championships. Doubles – Had a 4-2 record in doubles… Paired with Lauren Lemonds and Caroline Szabo to go 3-0 at the Harvard Invite.
Prior to MSU: Played tennis at Arizona during the 2017-18 season… Played the No. 1, 2 and 3 position in singles all season… Had a 5-3 mark at No. 2 singles… Competed in 12 matches at No. 1 doubles.
