INDOOR: Earned second place in the weight throw at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational with a 17.84m toss, and took sixth in the shot put at 15.48m … Tallied a personal-record 18.72m throw at the Hoosier Hills Invitational to place third in the weight throw, and finished sixth in the shot put at 16.11m … Won the weight throw with a 17.79m mark at the Silverston Invitational, and earned fourth with a 15.69m mark in the shot put … Competed in the weight throw (17.56m) and shot put (15.68m) at the Big Ten Championships.
OUTDOOR: Took third in the discus at the Fighting Illini Relays with a 45.65m throw, and placed eighth in the shot put with a 14.69m mark … Placed ninth in the shot put (15.14m) and tenth in the discus (46.76m) at the Billy Hayes Invite … Posted a 15.06m mark in the shot put at the Big Ten Championships, while registering a 46.64m distance in the discus throw.
