OUTDOOR: Posted a season-best 49.34 in the 400m at the Raleigh Relays, also competing in the 1,600 sprint medley relay ... Ran a 53.88 in the 400m preliminaries at the 2013 Big Ten Outdoor Conference Championships.
INDOOR: Competed at the 2013 Big Ten Indoor Championships as a part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed 10th with a time of 3:14.41 and recorded a time of 48.67 in the 400-meter dash...Clocked a time of 1:04.71 in the 500-meter dash to place second and was on the runner-up 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:17.94 at the Notre Dame Invite...Placed fourth with a time of 35.21 in the 300-meter dash and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth with a time of 3:20.97 at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open Meet.
