Walk-on joins the Spartans for the 2015-16 season.
Prep: Recorded a 29-16 record as a senior and was a state qualifier in the 2014 MHSAA Division 1 state tournament . . . Started at 125 pounds for the Division 1 state championship team that collected an 18-4 record and won its third state title in a row in 2014 after beating Davison . . . Went 39-11 as a junior and qualified for the 2013 Division 1 state tournament at 125 pounds . . . Helped lead DCC to the Division 1 state championship in 2013; with the Shamrocks trailing 26-23, pinned Davison's Derek Humphery (5:25) at 125 pounds in the final match to clinch the title . . . Member of the 2012 state championship team at 119 pounds.
